Introduction

Revitalise Life Coaching is run by Maddi Frondigoun.  Maddi has been coaching for over 7 years in different aspects of business and life coaching.  Having worked in different areas of the Finance Sector for the last 8 years, at various levels of coaching, supervising and managing people, she has recently taken the leap into Life Coaching full time!  Maddi specialises in Stress and Change management.

Maddi's philosophy is that everyone can have, and deserves to have, a better life.  Very few people have achieved everything they wanted in life.  In fact a lot of people worry that they will look back in later life and wish they had done more, seen more, been more, basically lived more.  Except by then it might be too late to change it!  For the majority of us though it is not too late.  Life Coaching can help you to achieve more, whether you know what that is already or you are not yet sure what you want out of life.  Life in itself is an amazing journey and Maddi wants everyone to be able to enjoy as much of it as possible, knowing that they are on track for the life they want.
