Based in Brighton, Samantha Elmy, Reiki South's key practitioner has years of experience of treating and teaching and has the special gift of making the extraordinary ordinary without losing any of its magic. She specialises in using Reiki to treat insomnia, migraines, panic attacks , work related stress, anxiety and depression, thyroid and hormonal imbalances, PMS and menstrual cycle problems, candida and cystitis, menopause and the aging process, pain reduction and management as well as general relaxation. .
