Introduction

My name is Sarah Watkins and I am 29. I studied in Barry collage, and I am a qualified Reflexologist and Reiki practitioner, I also have an Anatomy and Physiology diploma and Health and Safety qualifications. I have been studying complementary therapies for 3 years and find them fantastic. I first became interested in alternative health a few years ago because I was diagnosed with Post Viral Fatigue(similar to ME) and there was nothing my doctor could do to help. I did some introductory courses in complementary therapies and Aromatherapy massage which inspired me to do my Reiki 1 in barry collage. This was the start of my journey of healing, I am always reading and learning as much as I possibly can and find it all absolutely fasinating. I have learnt so much about myself and there is always more! The power of the mind, body and spirit is truely amazing. Healing and balance are now a part of my life and I couldnt be without it. I love giving treatments and helping people and I have tried to keep my prices as low as possible so that more people can enjoy and benefit from these wonderful treatments.
I am training in Indian Head Massage at the moment and will be completing this in March.  I am also doing a weekend course in Aura healing in Feburary and my Reiki Master training in March.
