Formed in 2008, Serious about Fitness tells the tale of two close friends, from different backgrounds and different parts of the country, who both share the same passion and desire for Fitness and Wellbeing!!
Although both have spent long periods in the public eye, Duncan for his long career as a Premiership and League 1 footballer and Lee with his success in Big Brother 3, the pair remain grounded and keep low profiles with their busy family life and prove to be excellent role models for all to see.
Serious about Fitness provides Northampton and its surrounding areas, a unique and unrivalled experience both in Personal Training and Group Exercise, giving people the chance to achieve all their fitness dreams and aspirations.
Both, have entirely different strengths and experiences within the fitness industry, but when their two sets of skills come together they provide the ultimate fitness workout experience, pushing people to their limits, outside of their comfort zones and proving what they are capable of.

Our Group Exercise classes are like nothing you will have ever seen or experienced before.
They feature all of the Intense Drills, Interval and Fartlek training mastered by Duncan Spedding in his nine year career as a top flight Professional Footballer combined with the Conditioning, Exercise to Music, Combat and Sports Science skills championed by Lee Davey, in his ten year career as a Fitness Industry Master Trainer.
The classes feature various Fitness Testing methods, so participants have an understanding of how fit they are when first joining us, which can then be compared to their fitness levels after a few sessions. We promise you, the results are astounding!!
