Frances integrates aspects of psychology, body and energy work to assist healing. Having recovered from 5 years of ME herself, she specialises in assisting others in both one to one and group work. She has been a bodywork therapist for four years and more recently has become a practitioner of Hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Life Coaching.
