Introduction

As an Intuitive Life Coach, I listen with respect while being fully present, creating a safe place for clients to become clear on the issues behind their life/health challenges. I don't have anyone's answers. My work is about empowering people to find their own using simple yet profound techniques based on ancient wisdom for 21st Century life.  I work with flower and other vibrational essences – nature’s energetic catalysts to change limiting life patterns, mind sets and emotional responses which fuel life problems. Essences help peel off layers of suffering and de-clutter minds full of poor self image and lack without force or side effects, for clients to reconnect with inner peace, happiness and natural confidence. Bringing in principles from Mind Body Wellbeing and other fields of Energy Medicine, my approach helps people feel inspired to move forward in life and to create and sustain changes in their daily life that lead them towards a more fulfilled and peaceful lifestyle. I have a country house retreat for people to learn the art of simply being, to de-stress and feel lighter. And I teach meditation and conscious living with guidance to support each client's personal journey. I am also a Business Coach, introducing powerful and practical inspirations for success without stress. Having spent years at Director level in the world of London Advertising Agencies, I well understand the pressures of the commercial world and drain on personal and mental wellbeing, and now enjoy being able to help people in the corporate world find peace.
