Personal Coaching
I work with a wide range of individuals from artists and singers to business men and women.

My initial free 30 minute discussion allows us both to establish your needs, why you would like to work with me and what you expect from me and my coaching. I find this paramount to the success of our coaching relationship.

If you chose to work with me as a coach I will send you the following by email:

;A short questionnaire for you to complete
A coaching agreement that you need to sign and return prior to working with me
;The number and cost of sessions we have agreed 
I offer telephone or face to face sessions in standard blocks of 3, 6 or 9 to be paid for in full before our sessions begin. I also offer additional one off sessions and can adapt my services to meet your individual requirements on request. Sessions will last for 1 hour with email support between to help maintain focus and motivation.

 


 Business Coaching
I work with a range of teams and individuals within small businesses to multi-national organisations. As each business need varies considerably all my coaching sessions will be specific to each company.

My initial free meeting will establish the exact requirements and from there will work closely with the business to delivered a taylored and unique coaching package.

The time, number and location of these sessions will be decided with each company on an individual basis.
