The Massage Practice
Introduction
The Massage Practice provides massage therapy treatments tailored to your individual needs.
You may be after some purely relaxing 'me' time and a soothing massage, a deep tissue massage that will tackle all that stubborn tension you've been wanting to get rid of for ages or something in between. Pregnancy massage is now also offered.
A free consultation before your first treatment will help determine exactly what you would like from your session.
Seated acupressure massage is also anoption, which is perfect for an employee perk at the office or at an event.
The Massage Practice offers home visits or, alternatively, you can visit the treatment room, which is based in a quiet road in South London SE19.
Silke (pronounced Sil-ka) Rudolph is the main therapist for, and owner of, The Massage Practice. She has trained to diploma level in massage, gaining both BTEC and ITEC qualifications at the highest possible grades. She trained at the widely acclaimed Essentials For Health Massage School where she is now an assistant teacher in diploma courses and workshops.

Seated Acupressure massage - from £12 per 20min treatment.
For home visits(1hr treatment minimum) a small additional charge applies depending on distance travelled.
Credentials
ITEC (level 3) as well as BTEC (level 4) qualification in holistic massage, gained through Essentials for Health.
