Introduction

Reiki Healing is a very relaxing and gentle healing process, bringing a wholeness of mind body and soul into line. Reiki works on an emotional, spiritual and physical level, gently releasing un-needed energies within the body, alleviating pain and bringing emotional balance back to the body.  Reiki energy can reduce stress, anxiety and depression. It can help unlock your natural creativity allowing you to reach your full potential often bringing clarity, focus and a sense of purpose back into life. It enhances the benefits of all other therapies. It helps you find true peace of mind and brings positivity to help you cope with life's daily challenges.

As Reiki treats the whole body and not just the symptoms it can assist in the treatment of  all conditions physical and emotional. It also eases the pain of more chronic diseases and helps reduce the effect of drugs and other treatments.

 
During the Reiki session I place my hands very lightly on the body
in a variety of positions,whilst channeling the universal energy of
Reiki into you.  The client is normally lying down and always
remains fully clothed throughout the session .

Everyone experiences Reiki differently. Some feel a slight tingling or sensations of warmth, others just a deep relaxation. Many feel rejuvenated and energised. Some even fall asleep and many comment that it felt like there was more than two hands upon them.

Reiki is always totally safe and gentle making it suitable for everyone - children and adults. It benefits people in wonderful and extraordinary ways. It is also highly effective for plants and animals.


Reiki Healing sessions last for approx 1 hour.     1/2 hour sessions are available
