EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)is a gentle and dynamic treatment, more effective and less intrusive than conventional psychotherapy. A shift can often be felt even after the first session. I offer EFT in person, or via the telephone, as well as on Skype.

Reiki does not involve emotional turbulence, but promotes relaxation and recovery of the whole body.

It is my passion, as well as a privilege to help people connect - with their selves, with each other, and with the world. The therapy I offer helps transform fear into faith, belief into trust, anger into compassion, pain into love.
