Bonnie is a comprehensively trained Pilates teacher and a member of the Pilates Foundation UK. Teaching both equipment and Mat based Pilates. Her backround as an ex Royal Ballet dancer has helped her to work with both remedial clients and high level athletes.Whether taking a mat class or using studio equipment such as the reformer your individual needs will be catered for.
