Introduction
Reiki is a gentle yet extremely effective way of channeling positive vibrant energy into the body to bring about healing on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level. It is done by laying the practitioner's hands on the client's body in different areas, which then is absorbed by the client and taken to the places where it is needed to transform and release, whether it be on a conscious or unconscious level.
Reiki can heal anything from a headache to insomnia, from IBS to panic attacks, from emotional traumas and limiting personal beliefs to breaking unwanted patterns such as smoking or overeating. Reiki has the amazing ability to have a higher level of consciousness and so it knows what each individual's body truly needs, on any level, and works to facilitate a very personal and unique transformation.

Services
As well as experiencing a Reiki session/treatment, you can learn how to become a Reiki practitioner yourself! At Sunbeam Reiki, you can learn first and second degree Reiki and become a healer in your own right. Courses are both one day only and are run every other weekend on saturdays. The times are always 9.30am - 6pm and the workshops are run in a very lovely location in Hendon, London NW4. The cost for Reiki 1 is £140 and Reiki 2 is £160. Both courses include a yummy homecooked organic lunch and plenty of teas and refreshments throughout the day, as well as manuals to go with both courses and the certificate you are rewarded at the end of the workshop.
