I am a qualified psychodynamic counsellor, and am also trained in person centred counselling and solution focused brief therapy.

I have experience of working privately and for charities for the past 12 years, with both individuals, couples and groups supporting clients with many difficulties including addiction, bi polar, bereavement and loss, anxiety and depression, domestic abuse, eating disorders, relationships difficulties, suicide and self harm, sexual abuse and rape, work related problems, and many other difficulties.
