Life Coaching (I offer Personal Life Coaching) provides a forum in which we set and reach goals that can relate to all areas of life, building a programme of actions and achievement over time. I can teach you techniques to increase your own effectiveness, confidence and self-belief. You will see a difference after just one session!
Reiki Therapy will effectively cleanse and revitalise your inner-self. Just one session will leave you balanced, calm, relaxed and naturally energised. Your ability to cope with 'the everyday' will be improved.
