Introduction

I am a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, trained in Integrative Counselling. I work with individuals who have current issues to deal with and also those who wish to do more long term work on changing habitual negative thought patterns and beliefs about themselves and the world around them. I also run workshops for groups and a regular meditation group. I have also completed a 3 year training in Hakomi (a body centred Psychotherapy involving assisted self discovery) and have many years experience of mindfulness practises, stress management, and meditation. Everything is completely confidential, I have regular supervision and ongoing training and adhere to the UKCP code of ethics.
