Chloe Mulvihill is the founder of Your Ultimate Fitness, Personal Training. Not only is she a Fully Qualified, Fully Insured Personal Trainer she is also a Lifestyle Coach and Fitness Consultant.

Chloe is an ex-international Irish Judo player and has also won countless athletic awards as well as a college sports scholarship. She has worked on the beaches of Ireland as a lifeguard and volunteered as a Lifeguard Instructor and Judo Coach for many years allowing her the opportunity to develop different methods of motivating people of all ages and abilities, allowing clients to achieve what has been unobtainable to them before this.

Because of her friendly and fun approach, her clients become dedicated and really enjoy their workout. Chloe especially likes to work with clients on ultra hard sessions (2hr +) if they feel they are up to to the challenge. In return she commits herself to their individual fitness, nutrition and health needs. She thrives on achievement, especially those of her clients. She strictly works with only a select number to ensure total attention and service.

Chloe has trained a wide range of clients, designing greater strength and vitality programmes for older adults who wish to grow stronger, healthier, more active and more independent to the harder, more intense gym based training and outdoor, military style training for the individual or groups looking for the ultimate in toning, performance enhancing, and fat burning sessions. She also enjoys working with 'yummy mummies’ who may just wish to tone up and lose some weight after childbirth, people recovering from injuries, as well as elite athletes looking to enhance their competitive edge.

Chloe does practice what she preaches and leads a very active lifestyle, training 5 times a week and competing in 5k and 10k races. She has also entered the Dextro Energy Triathlon ITU World Championship London 2010; in July as she is looking to learn, compete and work with clients also with this same interest. We all wish her the best of luck with that!

Chloe has a very positive attitude and likes to be relaxed and accepting around people, to make them feel that no judgements are being made. She also believes that it does take a degree of hard work to achieve your goals – without this it just won’t happen.
